Motorcycle Training Prices In Somerset

CBT (includes bike hire)

1-day CBT course £175 on a two to one basis

Please check with your CBT school how many students will be in the group as some schools will book three customers in with one instructor to maximize their takings, knowing that they can only take two people out on road at the same time.

The third customer will be sent home and asked to pay again which in our eyes is not fair at all.

That is why some schools will charge less for a CBT.

Please be assured if you book a CBT course with us you will receive a full days training of at least 7 hours, this may not be the case with other schools. Remember if you aren't getting 7 hours training you aren't getting value for money.

Average motorbike training course duration

3 – 4 days depending on students experience and ability, for people who can already ride it can be done in under 3 days including CBT and tests. Training is available hourly if required, please call for details.

You will get 6 hours actual riding time not including breaks for each full day training.

Additional tuition £37.50 per hour, two to one, or £50 per hour one to one.

Normal training ratios are 2 students to 1 instructor on all our courses.

Mod 1 test fee is £15.50, Mod 2 test is £75.

DVSA off road Mod 1 training site is £31 per hour.

Price of courses includes use of schools up to date equipment, fuel and insurance.

Helmets, jackets, trousers, gloves and waterproofs if needed.

Discount is available if you prefer to use your own bike.

One to one training available on request, ask for details.

Theory Test: £23 Module 1 Test: £15.50 Module 2 Test: £75

We can book all your tests for you, except your theory test, this service is free for our customers.

All tests, A1, A2 and DAS are the same price.

We believe in being up-front about our pricing policy as many schools withhold this information until application. Payment

Payment for all courses must be made in advance to secure your booking, minimum deposit 35%.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your course may result in loss of deposit

or a late cancellation fee of £75.

We accept major credit or debit cards or cash.
